Last taste of Summer
I took advantage of the abnormally warm weather and spent a week in Wyoming.Floated the N.Platte, Bighorn (Thermop), Lower Shoshone and Sunshine Lakes.

Fall is here at last!
The extended Summer seems to have finally past, and Fall is making a more than visual appearence.Jake's busy with school, football and teenager activities.
Beth's also busy w school, and I'm prepping for upcoming Fall activities.

Labor Day Weekend
Grouse season has opened, and we spent the long weekend hiking for them.Jake got his first grouse (3), and the hunting + scenery was great!
Pennsylvania visitors
Bob and Paulette brought 2 of their grandchildren (Lexie and Nick) from PA to CO for a visit.Lots of good times were had by all- what a fun filled week!
End of the line
Summer vacation is basically over for Beth and Jacob.The start of school is right around the corner, and football practice has bugun.
We wrapped up the Summer with a tour of the Conejos, Gunnison, and Taylor Rivers.

Jacob spent a fun filled 2 weeks with family in PA.Runoff has peaked and is just starting to drop in CO and WY.

Schools out for Jake!Kicked off Summer vacation with some fantastic fishing on the N.Platte and Bighorn.
The rains continue, and it's as green as it gets!
